WASH Organizer at Ekklesiyar Yan'uwa a Nigeria (EYN PROJECT) in Borno

About the Position

• The Organizer will offer entire executive & IT assistance to all projects connected with WASH in his/her site workspace,
• The WASH Organizer is in charge of the organizing and execution of all WASH project’s initiatives and with assist from WASH PM and Site Manager, she/he will collaborate with the program execution team and ensure premium quality program execution in their respective zone both in WASH in group/camp. The candidate will also be necessary to oversee and offer assistance to employees executing the FSL, CP and nutrition part of the project. 
•  The organizer will be necessary to commute to the site sites every month to oversee tasks.
• The organizer will be necessary to operate closely with work collaboratively employees ( SCI) who is the head on the WASH initiatives in the four sites of execution.

Core tasks

• Top, oversight and offering technical direction to all WASH initiatives in EYN and status updates to the programme manager .
• Making sure quality and adherence with guidelines for all WASH-associated constructions and rehabilitation.
• Track/documentation on key concerns and offer assistance in analysing situational information in order to enhance the strategic judgment process.
• Make sure that all organized initiatives are executed on time, to quality measures and within financial plan as per the every month strategy. Where hurdles arise, make sure that these are flagged early, communicated to the PM and handled in an suitable and efficient timeframe.
• Organize the Constructions/rehabilitation of water points in health facilities, organizer networks, which includes the design and oversight of work agreements making sure that they are finished in time and within financial plan.
• Make sure that all programme data is properly and routinely collected by site employees, check data and make sure that it is logically delivered to the Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning unit.
• Formulate Invoice of quantities for constructions/rehabilitations and make sure that it precisely reflects the project's needs and requirements
• Carry out prompt and spot supervising visits to projects to assist site teams on in the position mentoring and to guarantee that project implementations are in accordance with the project execution strategy.
• Track and status updates on key concerns of guard, incidences, risk and circumstance modify in the company to the manager, project and Associates in order to enhance strategic judgment methods.
• Help the Programme Manager in Within and outside the organization Information exchange session and events about the project for sound consciousness.
• Member of Program management board actively engages in meaningful consideration during strategic judgment for the advancement of the company.
• Compose a complete milestone tracking answer to the financing associates and distribute it with the manager, project on a every month basis as stipulated in the project accord, every quarter and end-of-project documentation when due.
• Assist the Project officers in carrying out support and meeting visits to group key stakeholders and members of the group during group entry and collaborations.
• Technically sound to organize and oversee the CP and WASH team in various fields of project implementations, Sites, and track execution advancement as appropriate.
• Engaging in participant sessions and arranging all additional tasks concerning the project, in addition to documenting all significant actions and decisions from sessions.
• Formulate project plans, making sure project due dates are fulfilled and decide project modifications to attain project outputs.
• Track results against the set targets, formulate financial projection and track expenditures to avoid over/underspent. 
• Actively engage and stand for the company in both CP and WASH sector sessions, and documentation status reports to the program manager. 
• Carry out all recordkeeping accordingly and making sure compliance to structure for each project.  
• Ensuring value and honesty and reliability of process, in addition to faithfulness to technical standard procedures, managerial operational structures, and delivering targets in a prompt.
• Status updates to the programme manager, EYN Projects.
•  Coordinate and collaborate with national and international associates in order to progressing the project goal, and with other national and international associates.

Credentials

Bachelor's or MSC in Civil or ecological engineering, water, sanitation and hygiene or any relevant field from a accredited higher education institution with a minimum of three years of demonstrated expertise in WASH programming. A analytical with outstanding people skills. Demonstrated expertise operating in an work setting while repeatedly presenting robust specialist ethics.
