Job Description
Human resources Management:
- Proactively advise all employees on Oxfam Human resources rules, terms of job, employees handbook and local work code and ensure proper application.
- Preserve data accuracy in the HRMIS DB (SuccessFactors).
- Make sure that employees staff files (documented guide and electronic) are finalize, current, well preserved and stored securely in accordance with accepted practice and submitting checklist.
- Establish consistent and recorded data accuracy auditing methods making sure accurate information and productive submitting of all Human resources documents.
- Collaborate with the employees in charge of Administrator inside the Logistics unit to guarantee that international employees possess valid work licenses and visas.
- Track dates concerning Probationary Periods, Effectiveness Assessments, and End of Agreement; sharing information to the suitable persons as needed.
- Preserve and routinely modify employees and managers on Paid vacation days, sickness absence and others, to guarantee adequate management of depart making sure employees preserve precise records and high accruals of depart not taken is avoided.
- Streamline employees medical methods and entitlements, coordinate with the HMO and other medical service vendors.
- Coordinate the process of creating ID cards employees.
- Help the country program in collecting data for the yearly pay evaluate.
- Help the Human resources Manager in every month and every quarter Human resources status updates.
- Convey and sustain trusted partnerships possessing applicable government and non-regulatory bodies upon demand by the Human resources Manager and or the Country Director.
Hiring process:
- Offer assistance throughout the talent acquisition, trading with any correspondence, helping managers in long listing, coordinate the project setup of interview questionnaires, take part in interviews and managing tests where necessary.
- Formulate position adverts that are attractive to possibility applicants and make sure that roles are posted on efficient marketing channels (i.e. Oxfam web on-site, various roles website or local newspapers).
- Ensure Oxfam standardized processes are followed and that managers are prepared and directed on Oxfam hiring process and selection standardized processes.
- Make sure that letter of recommendation checks are done and in line with Oxfam standard procedures on referencing, preserve hiring process file making sure that all documents throughout the process are preserved
- Organize the greet and induction bundle for incoming employees making sure these are kept applicable and current through coordinating with with top level executive team members.
- Make sure that all new employees possess proper induction on Oxfam in general, Human resources topics, program and work-related topics.
Preferred:
- Expertise in processing Yearly remuneration and Perks. – Wage processing
- Expertise in HR rules and Work Legal provisions is preferred.
- Efficient use of Human resources standardized processes to help in the accomplishment of targets.
- Capability and readiness to commute at short notice and often in difficult situations.
