Job Description

Human resources Management:

  • Proactively advise all employees on Oxfam Human resources rules, terms of job, employees handbook and local work code and ensure proper application.
  • Preserve data accuracy in the HRMIS DB (SuccessFactors).
  • Make sure that employees staff files (documented guide and electronic) are finalize, current, well preserved and stored securely in accordance with accepted practice and submitting checklist.
  • Establish consistent and recorded data accuracy auditing methods making sure accurate information and productive submitting of all Human resources documents.
  • Collaborate with the employees in charge of Administrator inside the Logistics unit to guarantee that international employees possess valid work licenses and visas.
  • Track dates concerning Probationary Periods, Effectiveness Assessments, and End of Agreement; sharing information to the suitable persons as needed.
  • Preserve and routinely modify employees and managers on Paid vacation days, sickness absence and others, to guarantee adequate management of depart making sure employees preserve precise records and high accruals of depart not taken is avoided.
