Position Overview

To assist the formation of a distinctive organisational culture, build a unique company corporate identity, coordinate its adoption and advancement by employees To guarantee the company possesses the right candidate pool that are productively deployed, handled, recognized and engaged in a cost-efficient and maintainable manner.

Foundational or specialized:

  • Supervise the HR operation, making sure the offering of guidance on HR matters 
  • Track and adjust compensation and entitlement levels to guarantee that the pay framework of Oilserv Group is responsive to the qualifications, needs and requirements of employees, in addition to market and currency fluctuations;
  • Ensure the offering of Human resources solutions which includes hiring process and selection; development and development; results tracking; disciplinary and grievance standardized processes; wage processing and pensions;
  • Organizing, conceptualizing and executing a plan for Business improvement (covering particular zones applicable to the company's framework).
  • Articulates, status reports, and performs the Personnel plans, rules, and methods in line with the organization’s corporate plan, key business targets, and pertinent work legal provisions
  • Conceptualizes and communicates authorized plans, rules, and standardized processes to unit key stakeholders and employees and leads adherence and adoption
  • Assessments the results from the periodic effectiveness assessments and moderation exercises. Documentation and advises executive guidance on their implications for functional performance, succession management, and employee relation

Quality, HSE:

Lead adherence with Work-related Health, Safety, Quality and Ecological Rules, methods, standardized processes and relevant legal provisions/lawful qualifications across Oilserv business. Assume accountability for their health & safety and those of stake holders across Oilserv business

Qualifications

  • Bsc in any site
  • Specialist Human resources accreditation; CIPM, SHRM or CIPD
  • At least 15 years in HR Management, with a minimum of 5 years in a top level Human resources executive function
  • Competence in Enterprise Human resources operational structures (enterprise resource planning).
