Position Overview

We are looking for a initiative-driven, strategic, and innovative Brand development manager to head the development, implementation, and management of our customers’ corporate identity plans. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, innovative direction, and project coordination competencies. The brand development manager will broadly be in charge of coordinating every facet of brands on your project sample and making sure those brands remain identifiable, current and exciting to clients.

Primary duties

• Head corporate identity analysis, findings production, and strategic positioning for customers.
• Track market trends and rival activity to guide corporate identity direction.
• Formulate and implement multi-channel corporate identity information exchange plans.
• Craft captivating corporate identity visual stories in sync with business targets.
• Strategy and oversee combined promotional initiatives with clear KPIs.
• Convert corporate identity plan into implementable go-to-market strategies.
• Build and preserve robust customer connections as a trusted corporate identity consultant.
• Track and documentation on marketing effectiveness, offering strategic strategic guidance.
• Evaluate and verify all innovative materials for corporate identity uniformity and quality.
• Oversee corporate identity financial plans and ensure efficient asset distribution

Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion or relevant field.
• 3–4 years’ expertise in corporate identity management, corporate identity promotion, or promotion management.
• Verified ability to formulate corporate identity and promotion plans and convey strategic guidance to senior leaders
• Expertise in recognizing target target groups and designing efficient marketing
• Outstanding comprehension of the full promotion blend
• Creativeness and an capability to generate creative and authentic creative thoughts
• Analytics-based thinking and an affinity for numbers
• Outstanding verbal abilities
• Current with latest practices and promotion industry standards
