Position Overview

A property firm on Victoria Island, Lagos requires the solutions of a Finance analyst, who is a Chartered Accounting officer. He or she will be status updates to the Chief operator, Finance & management.

Duties

• Precise financial evaluation ofthe Organisation's Balance sheet and income statement, financial plans, and Management Documentation for Every month, every quarter, and Yearly assessment of effectiveness, to show and clarify the organization's financial financial record and financial roles
• Offering managementwith projections and projections about how the organization will execute in the future to assist project setup of the organization's long-term financial increase plans and business targets.
• Creating findings and making strategic guidance on how to enhance organizational processes, which includes expenses reduction proposals and avenues to increaseoperational efficiencies.
• Financial modelling andpreparation of product profit margin models to forecast and evaluate financial effectiveness.
• Organize and show periodic status reports upon demand on project duties
