Role summary

Refin Homes is looking for an skilled and strategic Chief, Financial controller to head every facet of our financial and financial processes. This position is critical to the organization’s long-term success and will offer financial executive guidance across organizing, financial funding, financial planning, adherence, and status updates processes.

Budgeting & Evaluation:

• Supervise the development and execution of financial plans and long-term financial strategies.
• Carry out financial evaluation to assist business strategic judgment and effectiveness tracking.
• Head the formulation and evaluate of financial funding plans to attain wanted results.
• •Track money movement, regulate expenditures, and mentor cost optimization programs.

Adherence & Status updates:

• Guarantee adherence with all statutory and compliance-related financial qualifications.
• Oversee the prompt project setup of balance sheet and income statement, investor documentation, and special evaluation.
• Preserve precise finance records in line with GAAP and other industry standards.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a relevant field.
• A member of a professional body (e.g., ACA, ACCA) necessary; Master of business administration is a plus.
• At least 10 years progressive finance expertise, with a minimum of 5 years in executive guidance.
• Robust track document in budgeting, financial planning, financial funding evaluation, and risk mitigation strategy.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and cross-operational partnership competencies.
