Job Description
Duties
Carry out the processes and duty connected to nursing i.e. execute as a nursing officer or anesthetist, whenever necessary or needed, in order to enhance the assets, supporting with his/her expertise and expertise. Execute all the procedures and hygiene standardized processes, and oversee his/her team follow the same guidelines, in order to warrant the quality of the care and service in his/her speciality. Arrange and organize the initiatives of his/her team (week’s timetable, paid vacation, absences, etc.), assess their effectiveness and establish and ensure the needs for development of employees, in order to guarantee the coverage of the HR needs and preserve high guidelines excellent quality. Carry out and/or oversee the (decentralized) pharmacy and medical tools management (drugs orders, client engagement of the inventory, storage terms, inventories, client engagement of expired drugs and their destruction, drugs usage, etc.) in his or her department, in order to satisfy the needs of material with effectiveness and performance. Making sure that all employees using medical devices are certified and prepared. Making sure that cleaning and minor servicing & maintenance duty are carried out according to the procedures. Documentation any malfunction to the project's biomedical service. Carry out and/or organize managerial (exit-paper, move-paper, etc.), information and data collection (patient files, forms, statistics, etc.) duty, and elaborate scheduled reporting, in order to possess current and dependable information about the daily activity in the project, result/ result and assist strategic judgment. Offer response/ documentation to the medical focal point.
Qualifications

- Education: Speciality (nursing officer or anesthetist) certification crucial.
- Expertise: Crucial 2 years of previous expertise. Possessing performed in MSF or other NGO’s and in conceptualizing countries is preferred.
- Languages: Purpose and local language crucial.
- Expertise: Crucial computer literacy (Word, Excel and Internet)
- Skills: Dedication to MSF principles, Collaboration and Teamwork, Outcomes and Quality oriented, Behavioural Adaptive schedule and Stress Management.
