Position Overview

The Generation Manager manages routine production operations processes, making sure that generation targets are fulfilled productively, safely, and within quality benchmarks. They serve as the link between management and production worker, managing processes, diagnosing issues concerns, and executing process enhancements to enhance productivity.

Duties Generation Management:

• Strategize arrange, and track generation plans to meet client requirement and due dates.
• Assign duty and allocate changes to operators and technicians.
• Track process and ensure smooth, productive manufacturing workflows.
• Ensure machines, resources, and unedited materials are accessible for uninterrupted processes.

QA:

• Ensure goods meet organisation and compliance-related quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the Quality assurance team to handle faults and execute corrective measures.
• Keep documentation of generation inspection procedures and audits.

Health, Safety & Adherence:

• Guarantee adherence with office workplace safety and wellness rules.
• Carry out consistent safety drills and inspections.
• Explore and documentation accidents or near-miss incidents promptly.
