Overview

• We are recruiting a Generation Manager to supervise garment generation at our fashion house.
• You’ll oversee dress distribution, oversee fashion designers and embellishers, guarantee standard regulate, and meet customer due dates.
• Preferred for someone with outstanding corporate, executive guidance, and analytical abilities.

Primary duties

• Assign and track dresses through all generation stages
• Oversee and motivate fashion designers, embellishers, assistants, and internship
• Ensure generation meets quality and customer due dates
• Liaise with customers on order advancement and concerns
• Work alongside design and sales teams
• Sustain results records and generation documentation.

Qualifications

• Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of expertise in garment generation or fashion house
• Effective guidance and schedule control competencies
• Meticulousness and QA expertise
• Competence in Office productivity software and generation resources
• Incentive: Expertise in high-end fashion or stock chain management.
