Position Overview

The Vendor Manager will oversee and grow the vendor network within an allocated territory. Ensure vendor effectiveness aligns with organisation revenue goals, corporate identity guidelines, and client support requirements.

Primary duties

• Recognize, hire, and onboard new vendors.
• Track vendor effectiveness against revenue goals and KPIs.
• Formulate and execute vendor sales plans to lead product penetration.
• Educate and assist vendors on service understanding, pricing, and advertising initiatives.
• Carry out consistent market visits to evaluate vendor processes, brand identity, and adherence.
• Settle vendor-associated concerns promptly to preserve profitable company connections.
• Evaluate sales data to recognize development potentials and zones of issue.
• Organize and send periodic documentation on vendor effectiveness, industry trends, and rival initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to compliance to organisation rules, pricing systems, and professional conduct.
