Role summary

• As a Project supervisor, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of projects within our diesel haulage processes and procurement solutions.
• This role includes monitoring project plans, managing assets, and making sure that all project initiatives match with our business targets.
• You will collaborate with various participants, which includes customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to coordinate smooth project implementation.

Information exchange:

• Act as the primary point of reach out for project-associated questions from customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate clear communication between project participants to guarantee alignment and handle any concerns. 3.
• Asset coordination:
• Help in the distribution of assets, which includes labor, tools, and materials, to guarantee project effectiveness. - Track asset utilization and endorse modifications as necessary.

Procurement Assist:

Work alongside the procurement team to streamline the purchase of materials and solutions needed for project implementation. Help in vendor selection and management, making sure adherence with agreements and agreements.

QA:

Support to the development and execution of project quality benchmarks and standardized processes. Guarantee adherence with industry rules and organizational guidelines throughout the program duration.

Ongoing development:

Recognize zones for process enhancements and support to programs targeted at optimizing project dispatch and customer satisfaction.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business Management, Project coordination, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of expertise in project synchronization or management, ideally in the petroleum sector sector or logistics.
• Robust planning abilities and the capability to oversee various projects at the same time.
• Clear articulation and people skills, with the capability to operate jointly with multicultural teams. - Competence in project coordination software and Ms office tools.
• Robust analytical abilities and meticulousness.
• Accreditation in Project coordination Specialist (PMP) or similar certification.
• Expertise in procurement methods inside the petroleum sector industry.
