Job Description

Formulate and implement sales plans to attain income targets and market penetration targets.
Track dealership and allocation sales effectiveness, offering analytics-based findings and assist for advancement.
Carry out sales predicting, track advancement, and documentation on key effectiveness indicators (KPIs).
Boost expansion in vendor sales, market distribute, and head-to-customer acquisition rates.
Optimize average transaction value and entire sales performance across the channel.
Hire, onboard, and oversee a robust network of automotive dealerships, distributors, and resellers.
Track vendor and client fulfillment
Formulate and execute strategic strategies to expand market reach and promote usage of new vehicle models or solutions.
Recognize and pursue new channel development potentials.
Work alongside promotion, product, and assist teams to align plans and ensure channel preparedness.
Oversee and settle channel clashes while making sure compliance to programme standard procedures.
Track rep retention within collaborating organizations to guarantee channel stability.

Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, Sales, or a relevant field (Master of business administration is a plus).
5–7 years’ expertise in sales, channel management, or dealership development (ideally in automotive or associated sectors).
Robust logical and analytics-based strategic judgment competencies.
Outstanding bargain, information exchange, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
Capability to oversee clashes and align multifaceted participants.
Effective guidance and team partnership competencies.
