About the Position

• As a Manager, project, you will be accountable for managing the effectiveness and success of various large-scale projects, making sure they meet customer requirements and supply outcomes that exceed service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Collaborate with WFM teams to formulate and oversee long-term manpower planning plans to meet the continuously adapting needs of various high-effect projects.
• Serve as the escalation point for all project-associated concerns, making sure prompt outcomes and preserving high customer satisfaction.
• Recognize avenues to enhance business efficiencies and execute ability to scale initiatives.
• Ensure business continuity through contingency organizing, asset distribution, and initiative-driven risk mitigation strategy.

Team lead and Development:

• Offer direction, direction, and career advancement avenues to Project Planners, Team Directs, Agents and other key team members.
• Promote team partnership, inspiration, and ability development.
• Mentor and formulate project teams to attain sustained project superiority and specialist progression
• Produce and convey clear targets and requirements to team members, empowering them to own their workstreams and support to the success of the projects
• Lead programs to boost team morale and inspiration, making sure that team members remain in sync with Hugo’s purpose and customer success.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bachelor's or MSC in STEM or Humanities programme, or a applicable field.
• 3 to 5 years of expertise in product management, project coordination, or a position with significant issue resolution and customer/team lead duties
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in emerging technical solutions (which includes Artificial Intelligence) and their applications
• 3 to 5 years of expertise in product management, project coordination, or account management/customer solutions.
• Outstanding visual communication, documented, and spoken communication competencies, with the capability to productively work alongside customers, team members, and other business participants.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a established history of adjusting to adapting key focuses and due dates.
• Skilled in the use of G-Suite (Google Workspace) apps.
