Job Description

Organize with dispatch for routine assignments.
Carry material and stage for installer at the client's' premises.
Mentor, organize and supervise member installers.
Help with accessories and device collection from allocated inventory pick up point as needed.
Help with the finalization of duty within allotted time frame.
Evaluate paperwork with clients where needed.
Wear all recognition, safety and courtesy tools at all times.
Teach clients about perks and up-sell to clients add on sales goods.
Teach clients on the capabilities and capability of installed goods.
Test electrical tools or operational structures to guarantee proper functioning of routers and service.
At times, crawl into small spaces, work in all climates and remain physically suit.
Preserve installation technical resources in safe operating order.
Help in the removal and installation of materials in client’s premises.
Assess and track the effectiveness and quality benchmarks of sub-service providers within their structure boundaries.
Offer Documentation of Works done with the corresponding Time sheet for routine entry.

At least a Secondary school certificate, Trade School Certification.
Academic qualification in IT or Engineering (preferred).
1 - 2 years in Satellite Dish installation.
Robust diagnosing issues abilities.
Splicing and racking abilities
Coordinating various requests and complications
Orientation of new customers utilizing
Operating in non-traditional spaces which includes roofs or basements.
Practical experience installing and modifying the tools participated is desirable
Exposure to operating in strenuous fields or environments
