Role summary
- Execute general “system management” duty across all components of the network
- Discover critical points which may disrupt system effectiveness or client fulfillment
- Preventively supervise infrastructure and system effectiveness.
- Evaluate traffic data and practices and report to higher support tier zones of issue to the network architecture lead.
- Report to higher support tier challenges to third level assist (Issue executive team) where these cannot be settled inside the Network Processes Centre (network operations center).
- Execute general “system management” duty across all components of the network.
- Execute system monitoring 24/7, address system-generated and client‐reported challenges
- Assume responsibility to guarantee that all challenges are settled in a prompt and productive manner.
- Oversee troubleshooting using network supervising/admin systems
- Track strategic vendors performance thresholds and bring to attention where Performance threshold Agreements (SLAs) fall below expectations.
Qualifications
- Education and credentials: Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma in Computer Engineering/Telecommunications
- Robust communications competencies both documented and verbal.
- Competent of making reliable, fact-based decisions under pressure.
- Capability to operate well in an international, cross-cultural, and high-pressure technical environment.
- Technical expertise in a telecommunications or network processes environment.
- Very Good comprehension of wireless communications Tech
- Cisco Cisco certified network associate/CCNP accreditation
- In-depth knowledge to Oversee Cisco switches
- Interested applicants must be capable to operate on a 24/7 change Rotation.
