Installer at Niger Mills - Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in Calabar, Cross River

Position Objective

To assist process effectiveness and accomplishment of BU targets by carrying out fix and preventative servicing & maintenance on allocated machines and operational structures.

Responsiblities

• Fix any fault or loss in the machine and on-site as allocated
• Carry out servicing & maintenance work on packing machine, carousel, packing conveyor, elevators and all allocated machines and operational structures.
• Carry out diagnosing issues of mechanical faults in the mill
• Installation, Weld and fabricate part parts
• Read, analyze and execute technical drawing and diagrams
• Carry out organized servicing & maintenance roles, fix of roller mill and other flour milling tools as planned
• Carry out system setups of mechanical pumps, motors, gear boxes and other tools
• Execute standard procedure servicing & maintenance by carrying consistent inspections, lubrication and modification
• Carry out diagnostic test using technical resources to recognize faults.

Credentials

5 O’ level Credits which includes English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings. Technical certification would be beneficial.

Expertise:

At least two years of expertise in a similar position.

The person must possess:
