Business Development Staff - In-store Sector at Smart Partners Consulting Limited (SPCL) in Island, Lagos

Position Objective

The Business Development Staff will be in charge of pushing growth by recognizing new commercial opportunities, building and preserving customer connections, and supporting the organization’s goods/solutions. This position requires a initiative-driven individual with robust sales strategic insight, relationship building competencies, and the capability to convert avenues into tangible business outcomes.

Primary duties

• Recognize, potential opportunity, and secure new commercial opportunities across allocated markets and industries.
• Formulate and preserve solid connections with customers, associates, and participants.
• Carry out market analysis to recognize practices, rival initiatives, and emerging avenues.
• Bargain and close business agreements to attain income targets.
• Work alongside internal teams (Promotion, Processes, Finance, etc.) to guarantee smooth customer support dispatch.
• Preserve precise records of sales initiatives, pipeline, and effectiveness documentation.
• Track client response and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support creative thoughts for optimizing operational workflows, plans, and service offerings.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or relevant field.
• 3 – 5 years of expertise in sales, business development, or customer relations (expertise in in-store sectoris a desirable asset).
• Established history of meeting and exceeding sales or income targets.
• Robust bargain, relationship building, and public speaking.
