Business Development Manager – Bakery Wrapping Initiatives at Ascentech Services Limited in Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description

Lead sales and market penetration of self-adhesive tapes (Bag Neck Sealing – BNS) and associated bakery wrapping goods.
Recognize, onboard, and oversee connections with vendors and distributors across Nigeria.
Carry out product field experiments with large bakeries, organize thorough documentation, and follow through on adoption.
Formulate every month and yearly client projections, revenue goals, and product-specific financial plans.
Organize and send routine call/activity documentation to track advancement.
Guarantee promptness collections of payments in partnership with the client support team.
Organize with client support on order processing and authorizations.

Bsc in Business, Promotion, or a relevant field.
3–5 years of demonstrated expertise in sales inside the bakery materials/wrapping sector (bread nylon, BNS tapes, etc.).
Age range: 25–35 years.
Robust network with bakery material vendors and key bakeries.
Competence in Office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Outstanding issue resolution, bargain, and dispute-solution competencies.
Capability to operate productively in a dynamic environment and oversee various key focuses.
Effective guidance and team leadership abilities.
