Role summary

Traditionally, dispatch stops at the client’s door, gate, or building entrance, requiring them to come out and collect their order. With our Dispatch Companion Programme, clients can request for a prepared local dispatch companion to accept the food from the main rider and bring it directly to them wherever they are inside the building, workspace floor, or compound.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have at least OND, Higher national diploma, NCE, Improved A-Level or exceptionally skilled individuals or those on study breaks.
• Must be inside the age of 18-36years
• Live within in-demand zones or within walking distance of coverage zones.
• Be physically suit and capable to move quickly.
• Have effective communication competencies and client support protocol.
• Possess a smartphone for receiving order warnings.
• Show valid recognition (e.g., NIN, Voter’s Card).
