Job Description

Order Management: Receiving and processing sales orders, checking their precision, and getting ready dispatch recordkeeping.
Route Organizing and Optimization: Organizing productive dispatch routes for dispatch riders or vehicles, contemplating factors like traffic, distance, and dispatch due dates.
Dispatch Synchronization: Directing the loading and unloading of goods onto dispatch vehicles, making sure proper managing and health and safety protocols are followed.
Dispatch Tracking and Status updates: Supervising the advancement of supplies, offering status reports to applicable parties (sales teams, clients), and preserving precise records of dispatched items.
Stock Management: Preserving records of inventory levels, making sure precise stock counts, and status updates any discrepancies or compensation.
Client support: Offering outstanding client support during supplies, dealing with any questions or matters, and making sure client fulfillment.
Tools Management: Making sure the proper servicing & maintenance and roadworthiness of dispatch vehicles, and status updates any concerns or compensation.
Regulatory adherence: Making sure all dispatch processes follow safety rules and organisation rules.

Have a academic qualification in any discipline, ideally in Business Management.
Have two to three years’ expertise within a reputable FMCG / international enterprise.
Be a computer specialist especially in MS Word, Excel and Power point.
Possess robust quantitative competencies.
Outstanding spoken communication and professional writing competencies.
Be a team player with the capability to lead the team to unsurpassed success.
Be mobile and ready to be adaptable in terms of site.
