Position
- The Deputy manager, Customer support Dispatch delivers critical assist to the Unit Manager in supplying high-caliber coverage solutions.
- This role encompasses underwriting, customer account management, requests management, and business development initiatives.
- The Deputy manager is in charge of making sure productive recordkeeping, clear communication, and smooth synchronization with customers, insurers, and internal participants.
Duties
- Underwriting & Customer Engagement: Document and dispatch session notes, organize slips and endorsements, agree on conditions with insurers, evaluate quotations, and supervise the dispatch of regulatory framework documents and announcements.
- Customer Debiting & Payments: Produce debit notes and cover letters, ensure precise invoicing standardized processes, and precisely track customer payments with suitable recordkeeping.
- Renewals Management: Track impending renewals, problem prompt updates and reminders, engage in agreement extension sessions, and organize placement methods with underwriters.
- Post-Agreement extension & Requests: Preserve complete post-agreement extension registers, manage the requests process from starting alert through settlement, and verify that every recordkeeping and correspondence with customers and insurers are finalize and precise.
- Ledger review: Organize and confirm statements of account for customers and insurers, resolve debit and credit notes, and organize the issuance of credit notes as necessary.
- Status updates & Recordkeeping: Routinely modify every month generation plans, prepare general correspondence, and preserve detail-oriented records in accordance with established internal standardized processes.
- Business Development: Recognize and pursue potential customers, help the Unit Manager with customer purchase programs, and preserve precise CRM records.
- Other Obligations: Perform additional duty and duties as allocated by the Chief of operations.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years’ expertise in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrable expertise within a broking firm or coverage organisation is crucial.
- Exceptional corporate and recordkeeping competencies.
- Clear articulation and interpersonal capabilities.
- Competence in underwriting and requests management methods.
- Capability to supervise customer accounts and oversee associated accounting records.
- Expertise in business development and customer connection management.
- Understanding with CRM operational structures and workspace efficiency apps.
- Robust meticulousness and efficient client engagement competencies.
- Cooperative mentality with the capability to operate with guidance.
