Role summary

The Collaboration Stock Dispatch agent Officer will be in charge of the Comprehensive management of stock/goods distributed to associates and making sure smooth disbursement and dispatch to collaboration branches inside the state. This position requires clear articulation, corporate, and logistical competencies to guarantee that all stock-associated processes match with organisation targets on collaboration revenue goals and work collaboratively requirements.

Stock Management:

• Preserve precise records of goods disbursed to collaboration branches.
• Routinely modify stock databases to reflect inventory movements, supplies, and returns (Defectives) across branches allocated.
• Carry out standard procedure inventory audits and adjustments with branches to guarantee responsibility and reduce discrepancies.

Troubleshooting:

• Explore and settle any concerns connected with inventory discrepancies, postponed supplies, or work collaboratively service issues.
• Proactively recognize and handle possibility bottlenecks in the stock and dispatch process across branches.
• Collaborate with the engineering department to guarantee faulty goods are speedily repaired and returned to the branch.

Make sure that all stock and dispatch initiatives adhere with organisation rules, guidelines and directives.

Compensation

N100,000 naira every month gross basic remuneration with reward on goods sold by site branches.
