What You’ll Do
- Operate API-accredited CNC machinery, which includes hollow spindle lathes, to precision tolerances
- Analyze engineering drawings, making sure precise machining from begin to finish
- Meet API threading and fabrication guidelines in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 quality operational structures
- Carry out standard procedure inspection procedures using calibrated API gauges for tubular repairs and threading duty
- Collaborate with the generation team to solve machining hurdles and enhance process
Qualifications We’re Seeking
- Male or Female API-Accredited CNC Machine operator (API 5CT, 7-1, 6A, 16A accreditation compulsory)
- At least 3+ years of expertise on CNC machines in oilfield tools fabrication or tubular threading
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring resources
- Deep knowledge of API-quality and safety guidelines in machining
- Meticulous, safety-aware, and dedicated to superior workmanship.
