Job Description

As part of its planned expansion and operations excellency schedule, the company is looking for a seasoned specialist to head its business solutions operation.
The Chief operator will offer strategic executive guidance and direction across business development, talent, and business assist processes.
This position is pivotal in pushing organisational growth, optimizing service dispatch, and making sure alignment with the organization’s long-term targets.

Head the development and implementation of business development plans to secure new agreements and expand current customer connections.
Supervise the execution of performance threshold guidelines and ensure process effectiveness cross-functional units.
Lead skill building, results tracking, and organisational ability building.
Ensure the accessibility of strong IT support to assist organizational processes.
Offer strategic findings through market analysis and rival evaluation to guide business decisions.

Academic qualification in Engineering, Business Management, Personnel Management or any relevant field.
Master’s in Business Management, or Master's degree in Management.
Applicable professional certification which includes: COREN, Nigerian Institute of Management.
At least 13 years’ expertise across one or two management zones with a minimum of one being HR and a minimum of 5 years in a executive position.
