Position Overview

We are looking for skilled Machine Operators to join a production operations team in Sagamu, Ogun State. The preferred applicants will possess practical experience with Husky Preform Injection Moulding and SACMI Cap Compression Moulding Machines, as these competencies are critical to the position.

Primary duties

• Operate and track Husky and SACMI machines to guarantee productive and regular generation.
• Execute standard procedure checks, preventive servicing & maintenance, and basic diagnosing issues.
• Follow safety procedures while preserving a clean, structured, and conforming work environment.
• Work alongside the generation team to attain result and quality targets.
• Precisely record generation data, status updates variances or concerns to the Change Manager.
• Offer direction and monitoring to labor allocated during change processes.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an SSCE / GCE / NECO certification
• Proven practical experience as a Mechanical operator, particularly with Husky and SACMI tools.
• Applicants should have expertise in the production operations sector
• Readiness to operate adaptable plans, which includes changes, nights, and weekends.
• Robust meticulousness, quality awareness, and a high dedication to office safety.
• Good collaboration and verbal abilities.
