Position Overview

The Chief operator (GM) is accountable for managing the day-to-day activities, strategic organizing, and entire success of the business. This executive function includes coordinating employees, optimizing assets, and making sure a high level of client fulfillment while delivering financial and business targets.

Primary duties

• Supervise Routine Process
• Oversee Employees and Executive guidance Team
• Formulate and Oversee Financial plans
• Set and Accomplish Business Targets
• Execute Business Plans
• Allocate assets and InventoryConduct Effectiveness Evaluation.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business Management, Management, or a relevant field (Master of business administration preferred)
• 5+ years of executive guidance expertise in a similar position
• Deep knowledge of organizational processes, finance Management, and HR
• Clear articulation, corporate, and analytical abilities
• Verified ability to head and formulate teams
• Skilled in Office productivity software and business management software

Preferred Competencies:

• Industry-specific expertise (e.g., in-store, hospitality, production operations)
• Expertise in Enterprise platform planning operational structures
• Capability to operate under pressure and adjust to evolving key focuses.
