Position Overview

We're looking for an skilled HDPE Blow Mold Mechanical operator to join our team at Unicane Industries FZE Plastic Factory. As an HDPE Blow Mold Mechanical operator, you'll be in charge of operating and preserving blow molding machines that generate High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) goods. If you possess background operating with HDPE materials and blow molding machines, we'd love to hear from you!

Primary duties

• Machine Process: Operate and track blow molding machines to generate HDPE goods, making sure quality and effectiveness.
• Quality assurance: Examine goods for faults and ensure they meet quality benchmarks.
• Machine Servicing & maintenance: Execute standard procedure servicing & maintenance on blow molding machines, which includes cleaning and diagnosing issues.
• Material Managing: Ensure proper managing and storage of HDPE unedited materials and finished goods.
• Generation Targets: Meet generation targets and due dates while preserving quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an OND, Higher national diploma, Bsc
• Least experience: 3 years of expertise as a Blow Mold Mechanical operator in a plastic factory, particularly operating with HDPE materials.
• Specialized abilities: Solid understanding of blow molding machines and HDPE materials.
• Meticulousness: Capability to examine goods for faults and guarantee standard guidelines are fulfilled.
• Physical Capability: Capability to operate in a production operations environment and lift moderate weights.
