Position Overview

The Brand development manager will be in charge of conceptualizing, executing, and carrying out strategic promotion strategies for allocated FMCG brands. The position concentrates on pushing brand development, optimizing market distribute, and optimizing client relation while making sure alignment with entire business targets.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute corporate identity plans to strengthen market presence and accomplish business targets.
• Carry out market analysis to recognize buyer practices, rival initiatives, and development potentials.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion, Business Management, or a relevant field (MSC is a plus).
• At least 5 years’ demonstrated expertise in corporate identity management inside the FMCG industry.
• Solid understanding of market analysis, buyer findings, and corporate identity positioning.
• Clear articulation, visual communication, and people skills.
• Robust project coordination, logical, and issue resolution abilities.
• Competence in Ms office tools and digital promotion platforms.
• Must be ready and accessible to commute.
