About the Position

We are seeking to employ a Skilled as HRBP Topline to work collaboratively, with topline processes (Business promotion / sales) to supply their targets through attracting, conceptualizing, fostering, and maintaining skilled

Effectiveness and Incentive:

• Coordinate yearly goal planning process
• Assist department managers to diagnose and oversee effectiveness challenges
• Calibrate effectiveness
• Constantly monitor productivity conversations
• Coordinate Yearly Remuneration evaluation procedure

Health Safety & Wellbeing:

Assist deploying of wellbeing program Track that work-related injuries or diseases are reported to the WISE team and the academic qualification of incapacity is evaluated

Workplace engagement:

• Mentor department managers on ongoing and applicable job legislation
• Handle employee matters by investigating and analyzing concerns discreetly, and offering guidance and direction to settle the issue
• Institute workplace engagement methods

Relation and Culture:

• Head conversations on DPS results and action.
• Lead all Employee relation programs
• Uninterrupted relation with Sales Managers.
