Position Overview

The Network Operations coordinator is in charge of the daily output and accessibility of the company’s Local and Wide Zone Networks (LAN & WAN). Evaluate the network and endorse upgrades/modifications; evaluate the company's ongoing and future network needs.

Duties

• Strategy and preserve network installation, circuit consolidation, network tools servicing & maintenance, and processes.
• Set up, track, and diagnose issues network concerns.
• Supervising network effectiveness to recognize promise challenges and assist ensure high-effectiveness levels.
• Organize a every month network accessibility documentation.
• Preserving the network structure by diagnosing issues challenges with the Firewall, routers, switches, wireless supervisor, firewall, wireless entry-point, radius steward, etc.
• Produce BOM for new, faulty and EOL network devices.
• Execute software upgrades or patches on network-associated devices.
• Preserving records of network activity, which includes data records of user activity or system key indicators
• Coordinate Adjustment Management requests and implementation according to SOP or MOP.
• Ensure network recordkeeping is current.

Qualifications

• Bsc (Bachelor's degree) or HND qualification (Higher national diploma) in computer science, information tech, computer engineering, or a relevant field.  
• At least 3 - 6 years of operating expertise in the same or associated role. Cisco and Relationship building qualifications; CCNP, Fortinet NSE4 & Palo-Alto PCNSE
• Expertise operating with relationship building procedures, which includes TCP/IP, IPsec, DMVPN, GRE, VXLAN, VRRP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Skilled in top relationship building technical solutions, software-defined WAN (SD-WAN), Wi-Fi 7, and network automatic control.
• Skilled in Unified Threat Management (UTM) Initiatives.
• Clear articulation competencies.
