Position Overview

The Logistics coordinator will be in charge of managing incoming and outgoing product movements, assisting sub-distributors, responding to logistical questions, processing dispatch orders, and making sure prompt, productive allocation of goods. Duties

• Oversee routine logistics-associated questions through phone, email, and in-person engagements at the workspace.
• Organize with sub-distributors and clients to organize transportation and dispatch plans.
• Preserve precise records of stock movement, dispatch recordkeeping, and client orders using Excel.
• Organize and track dispatch notes, dispatch directions, and shipment confirmations.
• Team up with the warehouse and transport teams to guarantee prompt and precise product supplies.
• Promote and preserve robust operating connections with sub-distributors and customers to assist smooth processes.
• Offer direction to customers regarding dispatch timelines, product managing, and logistics methods.
• Assist the business development team by making sure prompt product accessibility and logistics organizing in sync with revenue goals.
• Assemble and send consistent documentation on dispatch effectiveness, logistics hurdles, and client response.

Qualifications

• Bsc or Higher national diploma in Logistics, Stock Chain Management, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• 1 – 3 years of expertise in logistics synchronization or stock chain processes, ideally in the lubricant or FMCG sector.
• Robust corporate and verbal abilities.
• Capability to oversee various duty under time restrictions and work both independently and within a collaborative environment.
• Understanding with allocation and logistics procedures in automotive or industrial lubricants is a plus.
• Competence with logistics or stock management software will be an added advantage.
