Bridge Manager / Engineering project coordinator, Vessel Consolidation at Staff-Recruit in Offshore (DP2 Vessel)

Position Overview

As the Bridge Manager, you will act as the remote marine operations business head on a DP2 vessel, leading instantaneous synchronization of deck processes, well regulate tools deploying, and ROV tools utility during riserless interventions. Operating from the vessel bridge, you will ensure safe, productive, and conforming implementation of all duty, preserving rigid alignment with project strategies, marine standardized processes, and customer guidelines (i.e., Shell, BV & DNV).

Oversight of Deck Processes:

• Supervise lifting/managing of well intervention bundles (WCPs, instrument containers, HPUs) by deck crews.
• Verify that every lifts adhere with authorized lift strategies, vessel crane limits, and Shell lifting standard procedures.
• Confirm sea fastening/rig-up of tools against engineering specs and deck layout strategies.

ROV Tools utility Oversight:

• Direct ROV processes for subsea interventions (instrument deploying, valve processes, wellhead entry).
• Track ROV interface with well entry operational structures (SSXT) and confirm tools utility preparedness for live wells.
• Ensure safe ROV engagement with subsea structure during critical duty.

Qualifications:

IWCF Level 4 (Well Regulate). BOSIET/FOET with valid remote marine operations medical certification.

Domain expertise:

Expertise in DP processes, subsea regulate operational structures, and pressure tools. Understanding with Shell lifting/hoisting standard procedures, DNV guidelines, and SIMOPS procedures.

Wanted:

• DP Improved accreditation.
• Expertise with ROV tools utility interfaces (e.g., Schilling HD operational structures).
• Structured training in marine crisis management or system issue investigative.
