Business Development & Promotion Manager at Resource Intermediaries Limited in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Position Overview

The Business Development & Promotion Manager will spearhead growth programs, lead long-term alliances, and supervise combined promotional initiatives to expand the organization’s footprint in the fashion and e-commerce sector. The position requires a commercially minded specialist with robust expertise in business development, digital promotion, and corporate identity positioning.

Primary duties

• Recognize, bargain, and oversee alliances with fashion brands, influencers, online marketplaces, and logistics associates to lead sales and corporate identity visibility.
• Formulate and implement plans to penetrate new client segments and expand into new geographic markets.
• Strategy and execute promotional initiatives across digital and traditional channels, which includes social platforms, paid ads, email, and Public relations.
• Supervise SEO, SEM, influencer promotion, and branded storytelling to grow certified traffic and transformation.
• Collaborate with the design and merchandising team to align product offerings with client requirement and fashion practices.
• Assist business pitches, participant documentation, and growth strategies for investors.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion, Business Management, Fashion Management, or relevant field (MSC is a plus).
• 2–5 years’ demonstrated expertise in business development, promotion, or corporate identity managementwithin fashion, in-store, or e-commerce.
• Exhibited capability to grow income, close strategic collaborations, and supply successful promotional initiatives.
• Robust competence in data analysis resources which includes Google Data analysis, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify(or other e-commerce channels).
• Outstanding bargain, visual communication, and building relationship competencies.
