Overview

As our organisation expands, we’re looking for a agile Digital Relation & Content Manager (Social platforms) to take full charge of our online presence, audience relation, and editorial plan across all corporate identity pages which includes our corporate and lifestyle culture channels.

Position Overview

• The Digital Relation & Content Manager will be in charge of organizing, carrying out, and coordinating the content and relation plans across all of Eden Oasis' social platforms channels.
• This comprises our main corporate identity accounts, real estate display pages, lifestyle, shows/series and organisation culture pages and others.
• The preferred candidate is innovative, initiative-driven, structured, and committed to using digital content to tell powerful corporate identity stories and engage meaningfully with target groups.

Social platforms Management:

• Oversee and supervise all Eden Oasis social platforms accounts.
• Use planning resources to strategy regular and well-timed posts across all channels.
• Enhance bios, hashtags, profile links, and brand identity for each operational base.

Cross-Department Partnership:

Collaborate with the sales, promotion, and Human resources teams to advance marketing, new listings, team initiatives, and hiring process leads. Work alongside podcast and YouTube teams to produce advertising content.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bsc in Promotion, Communications, Digital Media, or a relevant field.
• 2 - 4 years of practical experience in social platforms management, ideally for a lifestyle, property, or innovative corporate identity.
• Outstanding professional writing competencies with a firm knowledge of grammar, tone, and narrative creation.
• Competence in content formation resources like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or other editing resources.
• Understanding with social platforms admin systems (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
• Deep knowledge of operational base algorithms, content practices, and group building.
• Task juggling skill and oversee various pages without dropping quality or relation.
• Must be innovative, meticulous, and highly committed about digital relation.
• Expertise in visual content editing or basic filming is a huge plus.
• Must be based in Lagos or open to relocation to Lekki.
• Must be accessible to resume at once.
