Entry-level trainee – Business intelligence / Digital Transformation at Ascentech Services Limited in Surulere, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a very driven and curious Entry-level trainee to join our Business intelligence and Digital Transformation team. The position is designed for recent graduates with a enthusiasm for using data and tech to solve business challenges, lead process enhancements, and assist digital programs.

Primary duties

• Assist data collection, cleaning, and project setup for evaluation.
• Help in producing dashboards, documentation, and visualizations to offer business findings.
• Engage in digital transformation programs which includes process automatic control, Enterprise platform planning/CRM execution, and new innovation adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-operational teams to recognize avenues for effectiveness through online platforms.
• Support to analysis on market trends in data analysis, digital transformation, and creative invention.
• Record methods, findings, and resulting deliverables for information exchange.
• Perform any other duty allocated as part of the development programme.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, Economics, or relevant field.
• 1 - 2 years of expertise in applicable field
• Robust logical and analytical abilities.
• Basic expertise in data evaluation resources which includes Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R (a desirable asset).
• Understanding with online platforms, cloud channels, or process automatic control is preferred.
• Clear articulation, collaboration, and public speaking.
• Readiness to learn and adjust in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to operate with minimal oversight and a focused awareness to description.
