About the position

The Grants & Program Development Head plays a main responsibility in progressing the purpose of PUNCH Media Foundation by pushing premium quality proposal development, assisting donor relation, and supporting to the successful execution of development-attentive projects. The officer will head the recognition of financing avenues, development of grant proposals, and management of donor relations, while also monitoring the design and implementation of influential projects in sync with PMF's strategic key focuses, especially in health, environment, education, community-related justice, and compliance. Qualifications

• Bsc in development Studies, Mass Information exchange, Community-related Sciences, or relevant field.
• 3-5 years of progressive expertise in grant drafting, program management, donor relation, or associated positions during the formation or media sectors.
• Demonstrated achievement in securing and coordinating institutional or foundation grants.
• Deep knowledge of development practices, donor landscapes, and media-for-development programming in Nigeria.
• Clear articulation, drafting, and public speaking.
• Skilled in proposal financial planning, project design resources, and status updates operational structures.
