Position Overview

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement strategic business development strategies to boost expansion.
• Oversee and ensure the productive use of material, machines and HR.
• Work alongside executive team to establish targets and execute action strategies.
• Build and preserve solid connections with clients, and participants.
• Guarantee adherence with organisation guidelines, rules, and rules.
• Track and evaluate key indicators to assess business programs.
• Recognize and explore new commercial opportunities to improve income streams.
• Coordinate development and career advancement avenues for team to improve group results.

Qualifications

• A Bsc
• At least 3-5 years of expertise in business management, sales, or associated positions.
• Established history of meeting income targets and pushing business expansion.
• Good Management abilities with expertise in team management.
• Clear articulation, bargain, and visual communication abilities.
• Technology Savvy.
