Obligations and Duties  

• Preserve a in-depth understanding of organisation goods and solutions
• Build and preserve solid connections with potential and current customers
• Analysis and pursue new commercial opportunities
• Recognize customers’ needs and qualifications and propose appropriate initiatives
• Offer customers with complete product/service discussions and mentor their strategic judgment process
• Upsell and cross-sell goods/solutions to customers
• Settle service issues and concerns productively and without delay
• Potential opportunity for new customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conceptualizing and executing promotion plans to grow the clientele
• Build long-term connections with customers and clients
• Produce plans and collaborate with customers to boost their corporate identity
• Support advancement and preserve a positive organisation image.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Business Management, promotion, information exchange, or a relevant field. 2 - 3 years’ expertise in connection management/client support.
