General Accountabilities

• Submitting application cash management standardized processes in order to guarantee the highest regulate and guard, helping the Purpose Finance Manager in the prevision of every month treasury and organizing in order to en-sure the coverage of on a weekly basis and every month cash needs , etc.
• Processing the payment to suppliers and keep rigid on all recordkeeping participated, informing the management manager of any organize of inequality
• Carrying out all accounting duty and initiatives, classifying, getting ready and submitting of all accounting pieces in financial system, in order to guarantee rigid regulate of all expenditures and the reliability of statements and recordkeeping.
• Checking in of all expiring rental agreement dates and inform the Finance Manager in order to depart enough time to organize a agreement extension or search for some other alternative.
• Any other managerial assignment assigned by the Purpose Finance Manager.

Expertise:

Crucial previous operating expertise of a minimum of two years in applicable roles. Advantageous background in MSF or other Nonprofit organizations in conceptualizing countries.

Languages:

English language and Hausa language crucial

Expertise:

Crucial computer literacy (word, excel, internet)

Skills:
