Material & Organizing Manager at A.G. Leventis (Nigeria) Limited in Lagos

Job Description

Supervise procurement, receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts, lubricants, tyres, resources, and other servicing & maintenance consumables.
Formulate and preserve a dependable spare parts stock chain to guarantee minimal non-operational time of vehicles.
Ensure proper recordkeeping and traceability of materials through the Enterprise platform planning system.
Execute guidelines for QA of materials received from suppliers.
Formulate and execute efficient stock management operational structures to avoid inventory-outs or excess stock.
Track stock levels routinely and organize documentation.
Carry out periodic inventory counts, settlement, and variance inquiries.

Bsc in Stock Chain Management, Economics, Business Management, or Engineering.
At least 5-7 years of procurement expertise, ideally in logistics, transportation, or stock chain sector.
Robust bargain and agreement administration competencies.
Expertise in logistics processes and fleet servicing & maintenance inventory.
Skilled in Enterprise platform planning operational structures and Ms office tools.
Comprehension of procurement adherence and compliance obligations.
