Servicing & maintenance Manager at Worknigeria in Lagos

Position Overview

The Servicing & maintenance Manager will be accountable for managing the servicing & maintenance, reliability, and effectiveness of all generation machinery, utilities, and assist operational structures inside the beverage production operations plant. The preferred candidate must possess in-depth specialized skill and demonstrated expertise with Tetra Pak and Sidel generation lines, making sure most effective tools effectiveness, minimal non-operational time, and compliance to safety and quality benchmarks.

Primary duties

• Head the servicing & maintenance team in making sure smooth processes, preventive servicing & maintenance, and fix of all plant machinery and utilities.
• Formulate, execute, and track a preventive and predictive servicing & maintenance programme to reduce tools breakdowns and enhance generation effectiveness.
• Oversee the installation, initiating, and servicing & maintenance of Tetra Pak and Sidel generation lines, making sure maximum uptime and productivity.
• Guarantee adherence with safety, health, and ecological rules during servicing & maintenance initiatives.
• Organize and oversee the servicing & maintenance financial plan, tracking expenditures and executing cost-saving programs without compromising tools reliability.
• Organize with generation teams to settle system problems and ensure ongoing development in plant processes.
• Supervise spare parts stock management, making sure accessibility of critical parts for crisis repairs.
• Head diagnosing issues initiatives, root cause evaluation, and execution of corrective actions to avoid reoccurrence of tools defeats.
• Organize and show consistent documentation on plant servicing & maintenance, non-operational time evaluation, and entire tools performance (OEE) to top level management.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field.
• 10–15 years of related experience, inside the beverage production operations industry.
• Robust specialized skill in Tetra Pak and Sidel generation lines (compulsory).
• Established history of reducing non-operational time and executing efficient servicing & maintenance operational structures in FMCG/beverage plants.
• Expertise in modern servicing & maintenance structured approaches (e.g., TPM, RCM, Lean Servicing & maintenance).
• Effective guidance, issue resolution, and strategic judgment competencies.
• Clear articulation and people skills, with the capability to work alongside cross-functional units.
