Generation Manager at Worknigeria in Lagos

Position Overview

The Generation Manager will be accountable for managing and coordinating the comprehensive generation process, making sure effectiveness, quality, and adherence with industry guidelines. The preferred candidate must possess a deep knowledge of yoghurt manufacturing workflows and show effective guidance competencies in coordinating people, assets, and tools to attain generation targets.

Primary duties

• Strategize organize, and track yoghurt generation initiatives to guarantee smooth processes.
• Guarantee alignment to quality benchmarks, food safety rules, and best production operations procedures.
• Oversee generation plans, process, and asset distribution to meet business targets.
• Execute ongoing development programs to improve effectiveness and reduce generation expenses.
• Oversee, educate, and motivate production worker to guarantee strong results.
• Preserve and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and adherence guidelines in the generation facility.
• Work alongside QA, Stock Chain, and Servicing & maintenance teams to enhance result.
• Organize and evaluate generation documentation to assist strategic judgment.
• Ensure proper servicing & maintenance of tools to reduce non-operational time.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in FMCG generation, with solid understanding of yoghurt manufacturing workflows.
• At least 10years’ expertise in a generation leadership position.
• Outstanding executive guidance, corporate, and analytical abilities.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and food industry rules.
• Capability to operate under pressure and meet rigid due dates.
