Position Overview

We are looking for a proficient and meticulous Laundry Man to join our team. The successful applicant will be in charge of making sure the cleanliness and servicing & maintenance of linens, uniforms, and visitor laundry. This position requires meticulousness, capability to operate productively, and dedication to offering exceptional service.

Primary duties

• Wash, dry, fold, and press linens, uniforms, and visitor laundry to high guidelines.
• Verify that every laundry is managed and processed according to premium experience guidelines.
• Manage sensitive and special-care items with care.
• Press and steam garments, which includes fits, dresses, and other official wear.
• Oversee laundry stock, track inventory, and documentation any discrepancies.
• Preserve a clean and structured laundry zone, conforming to workplace safety and wellness guidelines.
• Offer exceptional client support to guests and internal teams.
• Work alongside room maintenance services team to guarantee smooth service dispatch.

Qualifications

• Expertise in laundry processes, ideally in hotel management or premium experience settings.
• Meticulousness and capability to operate productively.
• Expertise in laundry standardized processes, which includes stain removal and fabric care.
• Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Physical stamina to manage laundry loads and stand for long periods.
• Outstanding client support competencies.
