Role summary

We are seeking an business manager who will take charge of coordinating employees, monitoring stock, and elevating client support to assurance a positive shopping expertise.

Duties

• Oversee the supermarket's financial plan, which includes supervising expenditures and minimizing waste.
• Make sure that the store is properly stocked with goods and oversee stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Employ, educate, and oversee employees, making sure that they offer outstanding client support and follow organisation rules and standardized processes.
• Track and evaluate sales and client data to recognize practices and avenues for advancement.
• Work alongside suppliers and bargain agreements to guarantee attractive pricing and quality goods.

Certification

• Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Management,or a relevant field.
• 2 - 3 years of expertise as an business Manager or associated expertise.
• Effective guidance and leadership abilities to productively head and motivate a team.
• Expertise in supermarket processes, which includes merchandising, stock regulate, and client support.
• Issue resolution and strategic judgment competencies to handle concerns promptly and productively.
