Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Apartment manager to oversee and preserve properties and structure for a agile property and consultancy firm. The preferred candidate will ensure smooth processes, regulatory adherence, and cost-efficient management of facilities.

Duties

• Oversee servicing & maintenance of buildings, tools, and structure.
• Oversee facility solutions which includes guard, cleaning, utilities, and waste disposal.
• Formulate and execute preventive servicing & maintenance plans.
• Bargain and supervise service agreements with vendors.
• Track financial plans and ensure cost effectiveness in operations and facilities.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and ecological guidelines.
• Organize facility management documentation and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of demonstrated expertise in facility management.
• Expertise in building operational structures, mechanical/electrical processes.
• Robust project coordination and vendor leadership abilities.
• Competence in MS Workspace and facility management software.
• Outstanding corporate and issue resolution abilities.
• Capability to oversee various sites and perform in high-stress situations.
• Effective guidance and people skills.
