Position Overview
This position is for a highly structured and firm individual who will collaborate with the Medical Director to preserve order among nurses and other hospital employees, ensure adherence to discipline, and make sure that the hospital runs smoothly and competently. The successful applicant will also supervise all core Human resources processes, which includes hiring process, orientation, wage processing, and employees exits.
Workspace Processes:
- Supervise daily managerial processes.
- Oversee front office, assist, and cleaning employees.
- Ensure workspace inventory, servicing & maintenance, and logistics are productively managed.
Personnel Management:
- Manage comprehensive hiring process and orientation of new employees.
- Preserve precise and current employee records.
- Process employees salaries, perks, stipends, and conclusions.
- Track presence, departs, rosters, and change patterns.
- Carry out effectiveness assessments and endorse corrective measures as required.
- Coordinate employees exit standardized processes, which includes clearance and concluding entitlements.
- Guarantee adherence with Nigerian work legal provisions and hospital Human resources rules.
Qualifications
- Bsc in HR, Business Management, or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years’ expertise onsite or Human resources management.
- Effective guidance and dispute-solution competencies.
- Capability to be firm, fair, and protect privacy.
- Clear articulation, company, and recordkeeping competencies.
- Competence in Ms office tools (Excel, Word) and basic Human resources/wage processing resources.
- Prior expertise in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Human resources accreditation (CIPM, CIPD, etc.) is a robust advantage.
- The candidate must be staying around Ajah-Sangotedo axis.
Shift plan:
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
