Primary duties

• Recognize and pursue new commercial opportunities to lead organizational expansion.
• Formulate and execute efficient sales plans to attain targets.
• Build and preserve solid connections with current and possibility customers.
• Carry out market analysis and rival evaluation to recognize practices and avenues.
• Organize and supply business proposals, pitches, and demonstrations.
• Track sales effectiveness and produce consistent management documentation.
• Work alongside the promotion team to align sales marketing with corporate identity plans.
• Bargain agreements and close agreements to meet income targets.
• Offer customer response and findings to assist product/service enhancements.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have applicable credentials.
• 4 - 5 years of expertise in business development or sales management.
• Established history of success in pushing business expansion and delivering revenue goals.
• Clear articulation and bargaining ability.
• Robust logical and analytical abilities.
• Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.

Shift plan:

Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation

Remuneration: N700,000 net / Month (fixed) plus fee based on target accomplishment. Total Bundle: N750,000 - N900,000 (fixed plus fee).
