Role summary

We are looking for a inspired and skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and play a pivotal position in pushing growth and growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be in charge of recognizing new commercial opportunities, building long-term alliances, and pushing income increase across key market segments.

Duties

• Carry out market analysis and evaluation to recognize promise commercial opportunities, industry trends, and attractive landscapes.
• Track industry progress updates, client needs, and emerging practices to stay forward of the curve and capitalize on fresh opportunities.
• Formulate and execute targeted head production plans to recognize and engage potential customers, associates, and participants.
• Utilize a integration of outgoing lead generation, relationship building, and digital promotion tactics to identify potential clients and produce sales avenues.
• Leverage current networks and establish new linkages to expand the organization's reach and shape inside the marketplace.
• Recognize new commercial opportunities, start business development initiatives, formulate and oversee key customer connections, amongst others.
• Oversee and implement the business development plan, executing tactical strategies to assist meet and exceed corporate requirements.
• Preserve a robust development pipeline according to the targets/plan to be executed.
• Using current connections with customers to produce new business
• Keep current with the financial markets routine
• Follow internal rules and standardized processes
• Finalize the necessary development and development goal inside the allocated time frame
• Offer advancement response to the management

Credentials

• A Academic qualification in a relevant field
• 4 - 10 years applicable professional background.
• Technology Savvy
• Proven work expertise as a Business Development Manager ( with logistics expertise is a plus)
• Robust bargaining ability and capability to close agreements (own project sample will be assessed a plus)
• Clear articulation and relationship building competencies
• Basic expertise in technical and fundamental evaluation
• Capability to operate on own plan, expand and produce business
