Role summary

Our customer, Adia Hospital, located at Plot 246 Air conditioning Street, Itokin Road, beside Low-cost estate gate, Sabo, Ikorodu, Lagos are looking for a highly structured and skilled Administrative manager to supervise the routine managerial and business processes of our hospital. The successful applicant will ensure productive process across all operational units, offer effective guidance to managerial employees, and assist hospital management in supplying quality healthcare solutions.

Primary duties

• Oversee and organize the hospital’s managerial initiatives
• Oversee employees rosters, presence, effectiveness tracking, and Human resources-associated obligations
• Supervise operations and facilities which includes procurement, inventory, and servicing & maintenance
• Guarantee adherence with hospital rules, healthcare rules, and government guidelines
• Preserve precise recordkeeping, patient records, and managerial documentation
• Help in financial planning, financial supervising, and asset distribution
• Organize information exchange between medical, nursing, and managerial teams
• Manage patient and customer relations competently, making sure top-notch support dispatch
• Assist top level management in strategic organizing and implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Business Management, Hospital Management, Management, or relevant field
• At least 2–5 years’ demonstrated expertise in managerial or executive positions (healthcare/hospital setting preferred)
• Effective guidance, corporate, and analytical abilities
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication abilities
• Competence in Ms office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Capability to operate under pressure and oversee various key focuses
• Expertise in hospital processes and healthcare adherence is a plus
