Supermarket Floor Manager at CEO's Mart in Lekki, Lagos

Position Overview

We are seeking a devoted Supermarket Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day activities on the sales floor and formulate plans to improve customer experience and process effectiveness. The preferred candidate will head the team, execute business plans, and ensure the supermarket meets its sales targets.

Work tasks

• Supervise day-to-day activities on the supermarket floor, making sure a high standard of client support and product accessibility.
• Oversee and educate employees, supporting a positive work environment and supporting collaboration.
• Track stock levels and carry out inventory audits to preserve most effective inventory levels.
• Execute merchandising plans and advertising marketing to lead sales.
• Evaluate sales data and client response to recognize zones for advancement and fresh opportunities.
• Advocate programs to improve the shopping expertise and process effectiveness.
• Guarantee adherence with workplace safety and wellness rules and store rules.
• Work alongside management to formulate and execute business plans that match with entire targets.
• Manage client questions and service issues in a specialist manner, making sure client fulfillment.

Credentials

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent; a Academic qualification in In-store Management or a relevant field is desirable.
• Previous expertise in in-store or supermarket processes, preferably in a leadership position.
• Effective guidance and team leadership abilities.
• Clear articulation and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in stock management and point-of-sale operational structures.
• Capability to operate any time, which includes weekends and holidays.
